Drew Chadwick

Drew Chadwick

Drew has been passionate about angling and the great outdoors from an early age. He graduated from the University of Greenwich with a BSc (Hons) in Fisheries Management & Aquaculture. Shortly thereafter, he joined Aqua Bio Tech in Malta, working in the research and development department. During his tenure, he honed his skills in fish disease and biosecurity, gaining invaluable experience in a field that has become increasingly significant in UK fishery management in recent years.

After returning from Malta, Drew joined AJS Fisheries, one of the UK’s leading fishery management companies, known for their professionalism for over 20 years. After five years with AJS, Drew pursued his lifelong ambition of founding his own company, British AquaCare. Since its inception, the company has flourished, continually expanding its diverse client base. In addition, Drew serves as the Environment Officer (South) for The Angling Trust, the national governing body of angling.

Carl Cook

Carl is a passionate, lifelong angler and is qualified in Fisheries Management and Aquaculture. He has many years practical experience in operating specialist fish surveying equipment. He is also a qualified NPTC chainsaw operator with extensive experience in forestry and arboriculture, he excels in managing both aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. His main role within the company is the assistant fishery manager and is focussed on providing sustainable solutions that support ecological balance and long-term environmental health.
